Non Profit PTA. The purpose of the PTA is to support the parents, staff and especially our students at Shields Elementary. The PTA (Parent Teacher Association) supports the parents, staff, and students at D.T. Shields Elementary School by promoting parent-school communication, organizing social and academic events, fundraising, and supporting school initiatives.
