Texas PACE Authority: Red Oak Financing Webinar

Join Texas PACE Authority, the City of Red Oak and the Red Oak Area Chamber of Commerce for a webinar about Texas Property Assessed Clean Energy (TX-PACE) and how it enables commercial property owners to obtain affordable, upfront long-term financing covering up to 100% of the cost for energy efficiency, water conservation, resiliency, and on-site generation technologies. Business and property owners can modernize commercial properties without fear of over-investment, transferring the TX-PACE repayment obligation to new ownership if the property is sold. Red Oak’s first TX-PACE project, B&B Theaters will also be highlighted.
