$20 spay/neuter for dogs and cats! THIS DAY AND LOCATION ONLY. It cannot be substituted for other dates and locations. Dogs must be on leashes and cats in a hard carrier. One cat per carrier. Thank you Petco Foundation for this lifesaving donation. Appointments are needed for spay/or neuter surgery.
