The 2021 Red Oak Founder's Day is almost here! Mark your calendars to come experience the biggest and best event in Red Oak on Saturday, September 11th at Watkins Park.
This year, we want to honor our Red Oak Hometown Heroes, so there will be lots of red, white, and blue as we celebrate those who are heroes in our community. We want to honor our first responders; doctors, nurses, and medical staff; educators; essential workers; real-life heroes, and more!
This year's event will feature over 100 different vendors, live music, a dunk tank, tons of kids' activities, a drumline contest between Red Oak HS and Life School, and even a good old-fashion pie-eating contest. There is something for everyone!
The day kicks off with a Hometown Heroes Parade at 9 a.m. from Red Oak Rd./Main St. to Watkins Park. Founder's Day at the park will kick off at 10 a.m. with scheduled activities throughout the day until 2 p.m.!
